For over a decade, I have been involved in leadership, both professionally and personally. I worked my way up the corporate ladder, starting out as a temporary employee, ultimately becoming the plant manager of a thriving manufacturing company. Under my leadership, working alongside many other wonderful leaders, we cultivated an environment that enabled the company to thrive in three key areas: safety, quality, and production.

In my personal life, I have worked hard to become a better leader, first for God, and then for myself, my family, and the church that I pastor. I became a student of learning by setting personal reading goals, and authoring books that aid in the success of others. I have spent hundreds of hours being trained and equipped to lead individuals, small groups, and organizations into their potential.
